Store #10969 – Miami Beach, Florida
A crowning example of a new as-is, historic downtown location, this beach front property services the local and tourist pedestrian traffic along one of the world’s most beautiful and icon shorelines. During construction, the front façade of the building was saved and restored per local historical context and code and respects the regionalistic nature of the neighboring architectural aesthetic. The glowing CVS brand signage emulates the areas neon heritage in energy efficient LED, while keeping with the local flavor that draws thousands of people to this area annually.
